The calculation used here is wall area ÷ (sheet length × sheet width) × (1 + waste percentage ÷ 100), rounded up. A 50 m² surface using 2.4 m by 1.2 m sheets with 10% waste requires 20 sheets. Change one input at a time to see which assumption has the greatest effect. The displayed result is rounded for practical use, while the underlying calculation keeps the entered values. Always round purchase quantities in the direction that avoids a shortage.
